Q – Do you give a warranty on work carried out?
A – Yes! We give a 1 year warranty on workmanship as standard. We fit boilers with a 5 year warranty where possible. On larger jobs we are able to offer insurance backed warranties.

Q – I would like a quote. Do you charge?
A – 99.9% of quotes are free. Some very large jobs may take several days of office work, visits and phone calls. If there is a charge for a quote, it will always be made clear from the outset, as no-one likes nasty suprise bills and also the fee would be refunded on acceptance of the job (making it free anyway).

Q- I would like my bathroom/kitchen replacing. Do you need to take a deposit?
A – Yes. On jobs involving costly materials, we must take a deposit for everyones peace of mind.

Q – My central heating has broken down and I need a repair urgently. When can you attend?
A – We aim to respond to emergency jobs as soon as possible. We can often attend on evenings and weekends, but please appreciate some parts (if required) cannot be obtained outside standard working hours.

Q – Is there a minimum charge?
A – No. A small job has a small price. We aim to keep our prices fair and competitive.

Q – Do you accept credit cards?
A – Unfortunately we do not currently have the capability. We are hoping to offer card payments in the near future.

Q – What areas do you cover?
A – We cover the entire South, West and North Yorkshire and Humberside including Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Harrogate, Rotherham & York. For larger jobs we travel throughout the Midlands and North of England.
